About the Materials
The durable cast aluminum plaque casing and numbers are not only lightweight but also rust and maintenance-free. The frame is deeply beveled with a rich textured surface. The mounting plate for the raised numbers is made of a tough, high impact acrylic polymer that provides just the right amount of light to show through. Specially formulated and weather tested to withstand the harshest elements, the durable UV protected paint on the casing and numbers is applied in such a way that the finished plaque is scratch and chip resistant and fade-proof. Available in 5 character and plaque finishes and able to withstand daily wear and tear, the Edgewood Lighted Address Plaque will compliment any home for a long time. About the Design and Installation
The Edgewood is a dual patented low-voltage fixture (10/24V) that can be installed just like your doorbell. You can use your existing doorbell transformer or purchase one of our optional transformers – a plug-in or a j-box. The Edgewood can hold up to five 4”H numbers and is designed to be visible up to 100 feet away, day or night. Black vinyl numbers are included with the price of the plaque. For a moderate charge you can upgrade to cast Aluminum numbers, which are finished to match the frame color. Edgewood address plaques are very inexpensive to run and all mounting hardware is included for easy installation.
